As a result of coronavirus, the world is facing the worst crisis but Tim Draper’s blockchain venture capital studio is spreading bitcoin awareness and adoption by giving away $1 million in Bitcoin. 

What Draper’s venture studio Bitcoin Giveaway is all about?

In a world where the number of bitcoin giveaway scams has been increasing, promising that users can see the double value of their investment, Tim Draper, the Bitcoin bull and an American venture capital investor has verified $1Million Bitcoin giveaway. This campaign is designed for the attendees of the Los Angeles virtual blockchain summit and is scheduled for October by ‘Draper Goren Holm’, Draper’s blockchain-centric VC studio. 

As per the Bloomberg report, attendees of the LA virtual Blockchain Summit will receive $100 in Bitcoin, and as such, the campaign is planned for more than $1 million in total. What are the provisions to register and earn Bitcoin in this campaign?  

This is the 7th edition of LA Blockchain Summit and is scheduled in early October this year i.e October 6th and 7th. They have partnered with the crypto brokerage, eToro. Firstly, attendees are expected to open new account at the eToro platform and buy at least $50 of crypto to attend the conference. Interestingly, Bloomberg added that eToro has seen close to 1000 sign-ups. Upon registering and purchasing the minimum of at-least $50 worth of crypto, they can attend the conference and get $100 in Bitcoin at the conference. Registrations on eToro require attendees to add their first name, last name, and email address. 

More so, the LA virtual summit provides a quick boost to the eToro trading platform. eToro offers free tickets of the event to new eToro accounts (only) and preferably for US residents only; This means that the bitcoin giveaway does not apply to people residing outside of the USA.

As a way to onboard more new users (than existing crypto users), operations manager at Draper Goren Holm, Adam Levy says that they will also provide ‘tutorials to everyone on how to invest, spend, save and send Bitcoins "they have received.

According the data provided by Coinmarketcap, the value of Bitcoin is plummeting by 0.07 percent within the past 24Hrs. Interestingly, $100 in Bitcoin currently counts 0.01o satoshi and the value of Bitcoin at the moment counted $9700 against USD.
